As of right now, the US East coast (I’m just going to call that EST) is 4 hrs behind England (GMT) which is 1 hr behind the rest of Europe (CET). So this special event will be at 1pm EST = 5pm GMT = 6pm CET and SGs will take place at 3pm EST = 7pm GMT = 8pm CET.

Technically it's Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) during DST.
