GPZ pings and packet loss

right parci, the ping varies within the day i had very nice ping yesterday. but sometimes it gets too bad even i cant fly on GPZ. I had 70ms ping on GPZ 2 days ago but it was 188 on sunday :S i think this issue will be over soon.
