Mean hull among the 8 factions is 0.94. Median hull is 0.925. IC hull is 0.95, and Rix hull is 0.9. Belters, of course, are 1.05. So IC is closest to the mean.

maybe 'on the 1.0' was not the most accurate way to say it. my point, they are standard in most aspects (compared to belters and rix, they are the only ones that can compare to it.): they have missiles, shields, starting light ints. if you see belters they don't have shields, have weighted tech prices and weighted base prices and start with fignans, and rix has a huge pw modifier but no missiles, a bit less hull and smallrip scouts.

If we tightened up the gun mounts on the rix lt int i think that would go a long way to helping. The biggest issue you have is when your fighting ic lt ints and your lucky to get both streams to hit.

You mean Dreg? If so then I think their mounts should be more like Rix's.
