I have no idea if we could code it, but I'd love to see a very low sig HTT that simply leeched power (income) from the enemy base instead of capping it. Or, in the alternative, you could cap an enemy tech base giving you access to use that tech like belters.

well, i thought it would be really cool if all ships were named [ship name][faction name], and if you captured say a rix sup, you would be able to choose to fly adv fighter rix along with your own factions adv fighter. so if you captured a base, you could get that faction's specific tech for that base, for as long as you still held that base.

it is possible, but it would need a few changes to the whole core. (mainly, techbases defining that they are a certain faction's tech base.

leaching money from enemy would need code + core format change
