Maybe buff EMP damage against small bases? It would be interesting to see basic troop transports not be completely useless.

Another counter to the rix sup rush has been found but no one will put in the effort to do it and it relies on a very broken faction.

yeah it's not really a rix sup rush counter, it's an everything counter because it's broken.

Imagine iif dis was the preferred choice for utility offence and likewise emp (for expansion)
While mini and gat were specifically useful against ships. It would require smarter play.
