I've never booted someone on their accuracy. I assure you this wasn't meraumvogel wrote:QUOTE (raumvogel @ Mar 8 2017, 09:05 PM) I was instantly booted with the comm claiming that 90% of my shots missed and I didn't bother with the nan.
a doubt about boot
I see. Well yeah that's pretty messed up.raumvogel wrote:QUOTE (raumvogel @ Mar 8 2017, 05:05 PM) I wasn't AFK, Dome this is a more recent incident.I no sooner joined the commander with a "new" name, and thy pushed a con next to our sector.Djole and I both launched ints and boosted to the con which had defenders well behind the con.We both engaged the con and almost had it dead when they started nanning it.
I spun to kill the nan as I was trying to ram the con to prevent it from building.WE were out numbered and I was first to be poded.I'm sure Djole was podded right after me.I was instantly booted with the comm claiming that 90% of my shots missed and I didn't bother with the nan.

I trust ryujiin commanding ability and as any commander he has a right to expel any player.raumvogel wrote:QUOTE (raumvogel @ Mar 9 2017, 02:05 AM) I wasn't AFK, Dome this is a more recent incident.I no sooner joined the commander with a "new" name, and thy pushed a con next to our sector.Djole and I both launched ints and boosted to the con which had defenders well behind the con.We both engaged the con and almost had it dead when they started nanning it.

I got booted 30 times by him in my newb days, yet i kept asking myself why i got booted, and realized he was right.
Stop whining and learn from your mistakes.

Oh man I remember that. I think that was a P32 hider?raumvogel wrote:QUOTE (raumvogel @ Mar 8 2017, 05:05 PM) I wasn't AFK, Dome this is a more recent incident.I no sooner joined the commander with a "new" name, and thy pushed a con next to our sector.Djole and I both launched ints and boosted to the con which had defenders well behind the con.We both engaged the con and almost had it dead when they started nanning it.

Anyways was a hilarious moment because there's this con and I'm thinking, "oh cool Djole and Raum are on the con. There's no way that'll build, so I'll just go over here and kill Cashto because, well, $#@! that guy." Pod him, turn around thinking "meh what should I do next," and see the con lined up to go in.
I have no earthly idea what happened between you two to utterly $#@! that situation up, but I can confirm that both of you deserved to be booted, and I deserved to be booted for expecting you guys to be able to handle something as simple as killing an undefended con as two hvy ints.
But alas, when the whole team $#@!s up it's the worst pilot of the bunch who gets booted *shrugs* If you don't want it to be you next time, outfly me. It shouldn't be too difficult.
P.S. if you want to stop a con from building as an int, you have to *mean* it. None of this namby-pamby "ram it at 20mps to preserve hull" bull@#(!.

Don't find fault, find a remedy; anybody can complain.

I'm far from perfect but in that particular situation I didn't $#@! up. The idea was to kill the con before the nan arrives but Raum managed to miss most of his shots and then failed to engage the nan when it arrived or stop the con from planting, I couldn't do both.phoenix1 wrote:QUOTE (phoenix1 @ Mar 9 2017, 07:53 AM) Oh man I remember that. Raum you did not try to ram the con, you did not try to shoot the nan, you did miss most of your shots - stop whining.
