in my opinion heavy scouts are only decent against:
-tac teams whose economies you can shut down before they get to adv sfs
-if you rush for them and have them up before the enemy has mini 2 ints
-and that's it
If you bought the ints then 9/10 you're better off spending that money on hvy ints and ending the game that way. heavy scouts used to be way more op when they had leads so people could land some shots at range, but nowadays only a few true heavy scouts whores exist - so unless you have them on your team, it's almost better to get heavy ints
