probably the biggest and most effective step ive heard to making all factions equally competitive in sgs is removing starting lt ints from ic and dreg

then again, rix srs would be a total pain in the ass to any team. Going back to rix scouts having 1 less energy needed to rip in a basic fig would probably be the best accompanying change

No luck, I don't think it was ever indexed.

One could go through the DN releases and diff them with 1.25 and recreate the change log. pkk still has most of them tucked away somewhere.

This would be great on many levels. For one, the current headache about newbies and voobs taking out non SR scouts would go away. It would also make rux sup a worthwhile path.

The only problem I can see is rix heavy scouts ripping in to other heavy scouts if they would still have the mini AC. Easy enough to fix though. Take out the mini-AC, and if you must give them combat pods, tripled up cargo slots or just two gatlings.... or just accept the fact that rix heavy scouts don't get compensated for rix not having missiles anyway. They have their beefed up gatling and a superior mini-AC for a gunner if you want to carry one.

The 1 less energy to rip in was for basic figs, enh/adv rix figs can rip into those rix scouts, and I think basic figs can rip into adv rix scouts.

We don't need to diff every version of DN... What's needed is a 1.25 vs CC10 diff so we can see what's been done and why it's been done. 1.25 is important as a base reference because we know exactly what's wrong with it. PITA to interpret the diff and produce a proper changelog though.
