It's a 12 sector map. I've never heard anyone complain that the sectors on limited or polished diamond were too close to click.

(or any other map, for that matter)

The problem with that historical map is that if one team managed to build in the center sector, the game got massively lopsided real fast; if both teams managed to build, then no one would get any money because it turns out that trying to mine a contested sector is not as fun as you would imagine.
Agreed! its really just setting up the maps for the filming later (Belter being hunted by Bios stealth fighters and the Main characters stumble across him hiding in the belt)

I only put HE3 rocks in the central system so you shouldn't be able to build a base in there (from my understanding of the editor is that if you put 1 rock into a system it won't auto-generate the standard sector rocks).

I want to make them playable if possible for no other reason than if the 'show' gets a following people can play the maps from the episodes but definitely not my main goal (the rate I am going I don't expect to have anything to demo for at least a couple of months from now).

The thing with his map is that you can't build in the mid sector.

It just looked bad the way it was so I thought I'd try something different.

Try generating generic rocks then changing the tag from 'asteroid' to any of the others, maybe even 'thorium'.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.

Yes sir,

I followed my own advice and managed to run a server just like that under on Linux using WINE libraries after much trial and error, thank you very much, Captain I Didn't Try It Enough.

EDIT:
Well actually I didn't follow that guide for a LAN server because I was attempting connection to the Lobby.

I should emphasise trial and error.

EDIT:
And PERHAPS you should ask for help pertaining to your downfalls!

In its new guise I suggest re-naming 'Stone' to 'Brick'.
