The new battlecruiser will be interesting. Maybe it should be renamed stealth cruiser or tactical cruiser or something. Stealth is not the first thing that comes to mind with a name like that.

But at least it has a reason to exist now.

Good idea and we will rename MF's to Stealth Frigate or maybe Tactical Frigate or maybe stfu up Adept Frigates

If you're using caps in a 5v5 game with CC06 you are already tied into that techpath. These changes will make matters worse for that (although personally I think caps in small games tend to be stupid and boring)

It has been said many times before that CC is aimed at balancing 15 v 15 games, so It's not 'being rebalanced' for 15v15 as it's always been balanced for about that size.

Capships were a retarded game choice in a small game before CC07 - and CC07 will not change that fact.

So asking how it affects small games was a bit of a pointless question, as small games don't (and shouldn't) concern the CC team.

Giga original had no drydock, which had the following pros and cons:

Pros:

What do people think of the med shielded lux SFs? In the few encounters I've had so far they've been maddeningly hard to kill one on one. Probably need to start carryign one dis or EMP vs. giga tac.

They are quite difficult to kill 1 v 1 - but they also cost 500 bucks a pop.

I recommend carrying one dis when sup or landing your missiles.

Also when exp it is not really necessary to carry emp (unless they have higher levels of medium shield) just get inc lose and out turn the sf
