Sure, TS is of limited use during pick-up games, primarily because few take the initiative to create a team channel, or if they do, few join because few are on because it's rarely used in a useful manner. I was speaking of those newbies who refuse to download it. If you don't have it, you don't know what the value to you it could be. To refuse it out-of-hand is the kind of attitude that generally extends to other things... like the ability to listen and learn from experienced players. These kinds of people are not long for Allegiance... we all know it, we all see the drop-off rate. All I'm saying is that this type of person is NOT the target demographic of the training program, so why bother worrying about them or include them in the process? It'll be better for the real students and instructors if these disruptive elements were eliminated from the start.
