Because, again, any reasonable laywer would beable to connect Thalgor the server operator with Thalgor the web admin. The parent wanting to file on behalf of their kid simply needs to hire the right lawyer and say "I want to sue this game". Laywer does his homework, the rest follows.
As it stands, doesn't matter how meritless the suit is. We could have a EULA that pops up every time you log in with ASGS stating that you're aware the online environment is not guarenteed to be moderated at all times. It still wouldn't matter, because it's simply the act of having to defend that is the problem. It's costly.
Trying to present FAO and the game as a faceless entity won't present much of a barrier to a frivolous lawsuit.
