I've been playing this game for as long as I can remember. I quite literally do not remember a time before I had this game available to me. Over 6 years it has been a part of my life, since the first beta disk I recieved from PC gamer when I was 12 years old. This was the coolest thing since the whole $#@!ing internet.

And the last week I've watched to go down the tubes. I'm tired of it. I never once thought I would be on the same side as Noir in an arguement, or night, or half of XT. Yet here I am, standing on the line with them.

If this is how it wants to be played, fine. Get off my lawn.

Forum drama makes me :-(. That being said, while some of the posts in this thread are offensive, it would be more damaging to the community to wholesale delete the thread.

A number of people have issues with the way the forum has been run lately, and everyone deserves the right to be heard. That being said, lay out a list of grievances calmly.

For the admins, far too many people have read this thread and a number of influential people in this community seem to have issues. Let them be heard.

True words Aeris. It seems strange to be walking away from something that has been such a big part of my life. I have watched DN grow from its infancy, I have tested the first beta, and the faz beta. We have come so far, and yet we seem to be moving backward.

Our best servers are offline, the most played cores designer is going to WALK AWAY, how can ANYONE not see that we are killing ourselves?

if you want to cover this up, and pretend nothing is happening, that you dont SEE what is going on. Then you deserve everything you are going to be getting if things continue on.

This was supposed to be a general "$#@! you" to everyone before I got permabanned. I seriously can't believe you're agreeing with me. That right there says things around here are screwed up.

Ok, I have listened, and tried to understand everything that is going on.

Names are not being used to protect the may/or may not be innocent, and to keep my ass out of hot water.

So, this to the administration:

From what I understand there is a difference of opinion between the members of the Admin. This is most unfortunate, as I really like this game. This is a community of predominately adults that get together to have fun, but instead of freezing our asses off, getting headaches from long drives, or spending a whole lot of money. We choose to do it here, on the ineternet, and the speed of 1 Mbps (as far as I remember the internet goes about that fast at the lastest.)

In comparison to other games, we do not have to deal with little snotty kids, that think talking like an uneducated moron, insulting everyone that they meet without provocation, and whining when people do not like their attitude and will not talk to them. Sure we run into it once in a while, but the general community does not tolerate it.

No where near what I have heard my oldest boy talking crap on Halo w/ Xbox Live. I have heard more racial slurs, insults, and general @#(! talk that my mother would have kicked my ass for if I talked that way today. For crying out loud, I am a freaking Sailor, and I was appalled at the language coming from him.

I would really appreciate the Administration setting personal differences, and/or opinions aside, and just try to work together instead of having power struggles.

Just my two cents worth.
