i am strictly against the 'only scout till you stop sucking' method. usually ify ou only fly a scout, you will never reach the stage to fly ints (Because you will permanently suck). try to learn all the ships, play with all of htme, understand the strengths and weaknesses, develop ways to fly them.

Does anyone remember manual that came with Falcon 3.0? It took me a good month to digest all the tactics in that book and actually fly the thing. Allegiance really brings back some memories. LOL. I'm actually appreciative that no one's expecting me to fly more than a scout on my first sorties or litter the comm channel. It's been a pretty productive experience so far. Thanks for the patience.

One thing you new guys should know: Flying ints is not the most skillful thing you can do in this game.

It doesn't take any skill to fly with an int.

To fly well with an int...

You may have been linked to someone else's account. Sign into the ASGS website here and check if it has a second name next to "Active Callsigns".

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
