If you are gooing to go tac small game just buy the tech and not the ships until adv so newbs get to fly for a bit. Ic is the only faction that $#@!s this up
Small game "fun" is when both teams hold off annd endgame tech untiil after adv (ie bombers, tts, sbs) so the map is populated before it gets wiped..

By itself, the post is pretty innocuous, but in context ... Megan has been harassing P1 in-game for several days now, above and beyond what can be considered 'friendly smack talk'. It's unwelcome.
I know enforcement has been pretty lax in the recent past, but there's a reason why "no harassment" is ROC numero uno. A hostile atmosphere is not something to be tolerated. Vortog tried to warn Megan (both in-game and the above post), it seems Megan was dismissive of those warnings, so he was given a little bit MORE of a warning.

Active players are the only ones we can ban. It makes no sense to ban inactive players.
Being an active player doesn't give you immunity from enforcement; it doesn't grant you license to harass or inconvenience other players. Esp. if the target of the abuse is also an active player.
