You had to order them to stay docked on the F6 window, not just command them to go to base. Is that what didn't work for you?

I've looked at He3 visibility and nothing jumped out at me why it would have stopped working other than that was a house of cards I built and Radulf tried to replace the foundation with something slightly sturdier. However, I have not looked at StayDocked changes if there were any.

That could be it... I'm just a lowly noob commander. Or I see no point to having my miners docked- might as well be dead!

I completed rollbacks on miner AI and visibility related changes. I may have also reverted "last spotted" points in the process. These changes are in the gameplay-rollback branch, and a build from that branch has been put up on East1/2. Mach3 remains with the previous code for now.

Rollbacks were done line by line to ensure that bug fixes and other additions were left as is. I also left the probe placements and turret targeting changes.

Please give it a test and see if everything got back to where it was supposed to be.
