If candidate A has 40% of votes for Party 1
If candidate B has 60% of votes for Party 2 - Winner.

If candidate C enters the race for Party 2 and Party 2 hates candidate C then:

candidate A has 40% of votes for Party 1 - Winner.
candidate B has 30% of votes for Party 2
candidate C has 30% of votes for Party 2

Politics, performance, experience, etc... irrelevant. candidate C brings fail sauce for all, courtesy of math.

Do you think that after getting kicked out of the republican convention, and making the bad tweets about the Fox News person, Trump has any shot at carrying a main stream majority?
