i'll try to stream something again, i have a twitch account, what else do i need?

Last time i tried this out i used xsplit i think, but that seems to cost money nowadays? Giving the open broadcast thing a spin now.. What setup do you guys use?

I am fully aware of why Twitch silences its videos and how stupid it is. I was wondering what music could have possibly been on j0ake's stream that would warrant a muting. Probably could have been more specific about that, though.

Um, A lot of different stuff, I play some music I bought from iTunes, some music from youtube, songza, soundcloud.
Mostly Rap, but I throw some other @#(! in there from time to time.

Didn't know it was muting my stuff. I really like the option of saving the games but man, muting it is really unfortunate.
I wonder if there's a service I can stream to that will save my videos and then re-stream them to my stream when I'm not playing.

Some streaming apps allow you to select which apps you wish to record so you can still listen to music it just won't be heard on stream.
