You done goofed by keeping her around after you stopped getting anything meaningful from that girl. And I'm not strictly talking about sex either. So what if she's "nice" she obviously isn't nice to you.

You keep talking to her like you enjoy your situation. Sooner or later you gotta look out the window and realize you're doing this to yourself.
