FWIW you didn't press your tech advantage enough. The subterfuge with tac is nice and all but I was wondering the entire time why you didn't just press a couple of carriers to give your team the distraction they wanted, an endless mindless brawl. With AB3 and the few competent players you had, you could have cleaned up rather nicely. Plus you had quickfire 3 and hunter 3 which completely negated any aim advantage we had over you lot.

Always remember there are more unorthodox options at your disposal. Our commander suffered from severe tunnel vision and it almost cost us the game. I think you fell victim to the same line of thought.

Just some actual criticism.

I usually don't get involved in bs like this but...

I fail to understand why are you all getting so upset on something that is basically a magnet to get players for the GGs AFTER the stupid AW5 game. That one game where you are forced to fly with some random people instead flying for a team you like is right now a necessary sacrifice because some people need to have an event scheduled so they would show up.

Now Phantom I understand your frustration because the people assigned to you fail to deliver and no I don't understand people's inability to follow the commands either. I want YOU to stay and so does probably every other good player (see how I counted myself in :ninja: ) so WE could have more interesting and competitive games (flying for people that don't move their miners or playing against a team that acts the same is not fun or competitive, double so if both teams are equally bad (commanding such teams is even worse)). The question is do you see yourself having fun after the voluntary community job (AW5) is done (you don't even have to do it, I'm more than happy that you show up after that)? If not then by all means go do something that is more fun to you and don't be a martyr because no one is going to appreciate that. It would just be sad to see you leave because of AW5 or because someone insulted you on a $#@!ing forum.

Dome I mean no offense, you are doing the best you can and I don't believe that anyone else would be doing a better job because its simply impossible to balance when people aren't showing up on a regular basis and also many pop mid-game. I'm grateful that you are getting people to play.

tl;dr; AW5==IT'S A TRAP; P32 don't go;
P.S. Are you actually going to allow yourself to feel insulted by Metz?

Spidey my dear

Have you ever seen the movie Sleepers?

There is a point in the movie when one of the bit characters says, and to paraphrase, "If I ever make you angry Spidey, please let me have a chance to apologize". If you know the movie you will know thats right about the point that everything gets sprung.

Phantom my friend

Im sorry you are coming out on the short end of the stick. I'd hate to see you leave over it. Why? Well first it would be a shame that you left for something as basic as not winnign a tournament even if the refs, weather, and luck was corn holing you right proper. Second because Dome efforts and everyone who plays as well would be diminshed. Third and last because you were baited into getting way to mad over something that should make you happy.

Spidey

*tugs forelock* Duckie way back sometime equated getting your attention with the flaming eye of Mordor. I think of it more like hugging a fuzzy teddy bear fresh out of the microwave. covered in fish hooks... as the hooks sink into your cheek you just know you knew better than to do it.

I haven't added Vogue, Spidey, Driz, or Brood to any fleets. If/when they show up for future events they can be dispersed more evenly.

I'm afraid I have not. Is it something you recommend I see?

Also, good to see you still have forelocks. At your age lots of people have no hair at all!
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.
