I haven't been able to connect to the beta lobby all day today, but the ACSS stuff itself seems to be working A-OK.

Nope, the lobby crashed...

I've restarted the service.

On 9/22 the server restarted at 3:17am. When the lobby and game server tried to come up, the lobby failed to initialize dplay and died. This is a known problem when the lobby and server are together on the same windows server and won't be an issue after we go live (the lobby and server will be on seperate boxes).
