IDK bro, i really feel bad since he is 40 ish and its getting old. But you know a lot of people like to see him perform. I wouldn't compare it to disco... i would compare it to Aerosmith. Why? Because all those $#@!ers are old

Really really old.

* MrChaos deploys troll food in order to catch the great whale aka djrbk *
* feels a tug on his line *
* checks the legal limit for a "keeper" *
* tosses him back and surveys the lake for his next spot *

Missed by a mile but thanks for trying. Aerosmith? Aerosmith????? The whole man is he old is what the weak minded use when they can't be clever

Careful SgtMajor someone's feelings might get hurt and I am a retired champ at this kind of thing. The sounds of the screaming from the tormented souls got in the way of my porn watching ;)

It isn't @#(! and a good dj makes the night fantastic tbs but like every genre of music the afficiendos tend to make it more then it is becuase their own lives get inner twined with the music. It is the same for engineers too  but without the meaningless sex in the bathroom after your fourteeth * insert drug of choice and dose here * ;)

I actually just signed onto a 6 member band right now for production and performance, after the first session it seemed pretty good/fun. Bass-heavy DnB with rappers, a drummer, keyboards, guitars, bass, and myself sequencing + digital tools + ableton + DJ. Just reeaallly hard to co-ordinate things with that many voices. It feels it should be a Dethklok scenario where only like half the band writes everything. That said sure if you're going to pay a flight all the way up to see us brock out I'm sure I can arrange a dj set somewhere easy enough.

COME ON DOWN!

Can you perform in a civilized place? Like LA or Orange County?
