yeah to be honest if it wasn't for the epic bbr run, we had enough for mini 3 hvys in about 4 minutes, and i envy no man who has to fly giga ehn figs against mini 3 rix hvys

Absolutely. You had the advantage already, and I think heavy ints would have crushed us unless some Sparta style heroics ensued.

/edit and come to think of it, Thermopylae didn't end so well for the spartans...

The odds were just in our favour. Most importantly the timing was right but we also had a base 2.5k away from the aleph with the red door facing the opposite way. Add good pushing, AB2 and plenti of nans in the mix => dead Exp.

Btw vogue: Next time just buy stationhull1 + stationshield1 the instant you see the bomber and the base will survive ;)

You gotta take the longer view of things. Ultimately the EU bailed them out and they get to sit at home, eat grape leaves and drink ouzo without a care. :D

The Spartans got a moral victory in that one. Just sayin.

Aye somewhere in there about 25 minutes in I got UR mines and started placing about 3 or 4 of those down and then got our own exp for the GA's

I wanted to try some different settings and it was fun getting full giga miner loads, almost 10k a trip :)
