Dome-shaped observation window is genius, but is a scout really going to need two gunmounts? I don't remember the original description.

What exactly do you want this faction to play like? I can see alot of potential ways it can go, but I just hope it doesn't because something gimmicky.

The images seem like it would be a group with high sensor range. Maybe high speed ships with short range weapons. I am not sure what you planned as the initial concept for the faction except that the wiki claims they will have strong shields and no nans with slow ships.
