Been there recently?
It's declined a LOT in the last 2 years. 3/4 of the kiosks are empty and about every 5th or 6th store is unoccupied.
The exorbitant rental rates per facing sq. ft. got to be too much once the housing market collapse started affecting retail.
It's still one HELL of a site to see. A shopping mall the size of an indoor city with AN INDOOR AMUSEMENT PARK INCLUDING ROLLERCOASTERS IN THE MIDDLE.

i perfer camp snoopy to nick. But i still enjoy the underwater world. i was there on easter. although most of it was closed i still had a fairly good time. One thing nick did do was add a TON of rollercoasters and took out alot of the kiddy rides. <3 lego land!

You should stop off in DC, I am right outside the District and there are a couple people within an hour away to meet up as well.

Funny it could be that way, as the Stockholm metro in may ways was copied of the N.Y. one.
