This sounds exactly the way SysX TS is...

These aren't secrets. It's a common playstyle.

I don't think anyone implied that it's a secret how to play well.
Very nicely articulated post (but of course XT is treating it like misleading information meant to disrupt us for the game on sunday)!

And then there was the sound of 18 skulls caving in at once.

The best was Cable screaming at Compeller for 10 minutes to steer his pod over to him for pickup. Turns out the whole time he was talking about Fever

One-Man-Bucket wrote:QUOTE (One-Man-Bucket @ Apr 13 2010, 02:31 AM) Seems about right. Just be sure to make clear who has the power to order your whole squad to self destruct and get home! The commander obviously, but XT has a few vets who can make calls like that (and they usually agree with eachother). Conflicting orders are a bitch to keep up with if you are new in the squad and don't know who to listen to and who to ignore.
Drizzo wrote:QUOTE (Drizzo @ Apr 13 2010, 08:29 AM) TS Discipline has been a big factor in XT ramping up from being "almost dead" to where it is now.
Idle chatter is fine before and after the game, but while the game is going on you shouldn't be opening your mouth to say anything unrelated.
SysX is an anarcho-syndicalist commune and has no need for your clearly-defined chains of command or self-podding authority. I'd say we don't have any TS discipline; but that's taken care of since between spidey's endless moaning and Brood's constant whinging for range2 no one else can get a word in edgewise!

You missed the obvious pun. Shame on you.

From my little experience on SysX TS (after the SW core mutliteamer SG) i thought it just consisted of spidey talking above fufi's incomprehensible chatter all the way.
