I would like to recommend the following:

For ban-related threads.

For every time someone starts another "Allegiance is dying" thread. It happens often enough to deserve a smiley.

For basically every thread in Gameplay.

For TB, to use every single time he has to throw a thread there.

The last one needs some anti-aliasing though. I'd do it myself if I could find my Fireworks install disc.

I don't think we reallly need them.
A customised one specifically about allegiance is dieing soon might be good

Actually, the gravestone one would be good for a thread icon (the ones you see on the topic listings page).

I wish I knew how to make the background transparent though.
