its time like this we should create a temporary senatorial type thing, have each squadleader poll their squads, and present the findings to the administration

if the majority opinion is to put SPQR down, then it should be done.

For as long I've been here, the only squad to be "forcibly" disbanded was the reformed Z, and that was partially because veggie and ob1 went MIA.

If they don't play squadgames they are just a group of tagged players, not a squad. There is no need to disband them. I guess they will decide on their own burial if they don't get enough players for squadgames soonish.
