How about you start with this position rather than the one you put forth. Both Tom and Tryst went to XT after that episode and then to ACE where there have been no problems, even before both took a hiatus.

An old time member comes back has said or done nothing bad since that time (I was not even aware Bard was around then anyway so no idea why he's opening his big $#@!ing mouth) and Bard types a rant?
