I think that means "This is unicode character 0x???? but I can't find any font that supports it." Like the good ole square.

EDIT: And no, I don't see them anywhere.

Yes, with FF3, it's usually on websites with Chinese, but yes I do...

Ooooooh that is sexy need more!

I and obviously the problem isn't fixed /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />. It's probably something in that

Code: Select all

. I haven't looked in it, yet.

It's definitely the

Code: Select all

. Renders wide in IE7 too.

Shot a quick message to aarm, and he took it down. No more scaling problems from the

Code: Select all

, but it should be noted that long [code]es don't scale on the front page (they do in the forums, weird).

EDIT: I think it has to do with something like [code]es not having a linebreak in them? Maybe? I don't know.

I suspect the

Code: Select all

is scaling exactly as it would in the forums. But on the front page there's a whole mess of other crap to fill in that doesn't appear on the forums.

This is true Rav, except you have to think about this:

Before aarm's post, FP was fine.
After aarm's post w/

Code: Select all

, FP was borked.
When aarm removed post w/ [code], FP was fine.

Either the frontpage doesn't like aarm, or there's something wrong with the scaling to a [code]. That, or aarm had placed a transparent image 1000 pixels wide in the post just to mess with people.

Updated to FF version 2.0.0.16 and now the ASGS Online users panel is not only stretched but note the Base Star, Battlestar and Heavy battlestar entries.
