Honestly? The team doesn't benifit from the extra turret a normal"hvy scout" because you are down a player!

If I get hvy scouts I take off the turret to lower the mass (unless i'm dicking about or got the lovely LUX hvy scout /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />)
TBH though I don't have that much experiance at the "full" tech levels
