Thank you all.
As a first step, I have decided that there are a number of current XT players who do not fit in with the new friendly XT image. The following players will be stripped of their tags and banished from the squad by next week.

After reading this thread I must also add Ozzy to that list, as not seeing what needs to be changed is exactly the reason I was elected in the first place. While Ozzy is a good pilot and a decent comm, I can't have people like that in my squad.
