Aw @#(!, that's what I get for not reading thoroughly enough (apparently).

Well, since I gotta go away for a month, I'll post what I was thinking:

Bios Int (whatever it allows, maybe hvy Cloak) + Belt SF Nan vs. Enemies. Doable?

I'm afraid not; it would most likely require a custom core.

I guess observers will have to choose a side, as having a third faction would ruin stealths.
