NG Sbs, are SUPER EXCELLENT for capturing dreg He3 spec mines.

Gigglecorp spec mines might be a decent target if they went tac/exp. Not so much if they went sup.

1 sb to strip the shields, one to NG, should be an instantaneous cap with no warning regardless of their techpath.

Except that sig with NG equipped is REALLY FREAKIN HIGH. Its only useable with heavy cloak 2.
