Once we have all the pros and cons I'm going to condense them into an overall faction profile. I've got a few crazy ideas I'd like to try out, while trying to rebalance the core, but I'd like to try and keep the main uniquenesses of each faction intact. I also have Noirs approval to use a gutted DN core for this.

Off topic: Is that a miner property, or a base property? ie if I capture a IC techbase can I unload my (non-IC/gt) miners there?

Base property.
Go into ICE, go to the base, and if it has 'Miners can offload' then the miners can dock and offload. If it has 'Miners can tele-offload' then I don't believe that the miners have to dock, just get close

Wish I'd wrote them all down as I was talking to Noir.
IC Lose Base Shields [Shield HPs added to Hull and repair rate increased]

Galvs really should effect the hvy base shields.
IC Scientists create a superheavy ungalvable armour.
TT and Nervegas boost [neither one is used right now]
Dreg Lose Miners [HE Mines available from start, now weak light bases]

A Minerless faction is an interesting concept to me, though I believe it would be a bitch to balance.
Rix SR nerf [mass increase, the small rip weight, cost increase, look at tf miners]

So overpowered in the hands of a vet team, heck all of Rix is.
10% cost increase [All Tech]

There really should be a negative cost increase for the short research time like there is for dreg.
Bios Basic, Enhanced, Advanced and Bios Level Tech [Longtoms Bios only, but stealable and mountable/stealable and usable for belts]

Making longtoms Bios Level Tech, along with stuff like mini4, so that bios really is game ending tech like it should be, instead of a poor mans tf [pre tf nerf]

Just use a Text document for version/update tracking.
Im pretty bored at the moment, was meant to be making eagles core for him, but he still hasnt informed me of the ships roles and that, and I finished sorting kites core for him two days ago lol /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

If you want to start you can get 4.6 and remove nix.
