when the scarecrow is rolling around in the grass you'll
here the "lunatic is in the grass". when dorthy puts her
ear to the tinman's chest you here the heart beat at the end
of one of the songs. a bunch of other ones also.

I'm not crazy about most of your list but I do love Dream Theater, one of my favorite bands. If you ever get a chance see them live do it.
