Thread relevancy = t(g + r + w + (a)^2)/n((r^2 + m^5 + h^8 + c^12) * p^500) -/+ o^2
t = Topic (>1 if topic is administration, which includes cadets and the like, or a boring topic, <1 if the topic is religion, a rant, a ban whinge, etc.)
g = Posts by a GB
r = Posts by an RT
w = Posts by an ACE
a = Posts by an admin
n = Number of posts
r = Posts by Random
m = Posts by MrChaos
h = Posts by psycHosis
c = Posts by Crono
p = Pictures in thread (not including sigs and avs)
o = Posts by Ozzy, where plus is when he's serious, minus when he is angry
