Repeatedly ordering miners/cons around. (Or ordering them to their deaths)
Not donating.
Repeatedly demanding better fighters/shields/missles when your team has hvy ints. (OK so that ones not within the first 90seconds)
Killing your own bases/cons/miners (If Friendly Fire is on)
Thats about the list of would I consider justifiable reasons to boot newbies.
As for booting non-newbs anything goes...
Don't like their name? Boot em.
Don't like their attitude? Boot em.
Not nanning your bomber? Boot em.
Doesn't have a nan on their scout? Boot em.
Doesn't have a nan on their Belter ship? Boot em.
They're whining about how unfair KB is? Boot em.

Lets see, things that will likely get you booted with no warning:
- Middle IO with shields and missiles up
- Ripping to ass ships
- Insulting the comm, or sassing him when you just lost a base/he is ranting and raving about how badly you all suck
- Using the vc "Need better weapons", especially if you have adv tech.
- Spamming
- Base sitting, especially if a miner dies
- Not defending a miner next to you and it dies, especially if the comm sees this
- Asking for a ship that costs money repeatedly

Middle Aleph is over rated.
I'll admit it, I'm a middle aleph Peeker.
I'm also a card holding member of Middle Aleph Peekers Anynomous (MAPA).

Not dodging AB missles = BOOT
Flying in a scout WITHOUT a nan = BOOT
Flying a Fig when I have hvyints = BOOT
doing something other then nanning when I EXPLICETLY ordered it = BOOT
Ignoring a con (friendly or enemy) to attack a noob = BOOT
the list goes on
remember kids, boot to make allegiance a better place
we boot, because we care

I always ignore cons to kill noobs, it's better for KB.
Dodging ABs is BAD, take one for the team and save the base!

Actually, the best way to stop certain bomber pilots is to offer yourself as a target for their abs. They will run out of abs again and again.

comm should have spotted him going to middle and given him order to go to one of the other alephs if he didn't want him there. this one is smart and follows orders etc (it is understandable, hey there is some cash next to me, i think i will get it. comm probably didn't notice that's what he was doing)

He gave orders over the chat to go to a different aleph, only I did not realize that I was going through the wrong one until I was on the other side and read the current location indicator, I was too busy looking at my F4 load out and switching things around, again my own damn fault.
