If you have the BladeofGod Commander card and Alabaster Pilot card in play with a total of 13 generic pilots you win via the start a newb I mean new squad win condition.

R3 is released

Your team has lots of new players on it! Roll a dice -
1 or 2 - they fly towards any of your hidden ships. Abandon any htt run and subtract 1 from your sb count.
3 - they fly around in circles. No effect.
4 or 5 - they've been taught how to nan! Add +3 onto your next 3 bomb runs.
6 - by sheer blind luck, one of your newbs eyes an enemy bomb run/htt/sb! Add +5 to your defence score.

I think this might actually be doable. Here are a couple of ideas:

3 Weedman - Team - XT
King of the Whores
Whoring 3
Scouting 1
Stealth 2
When Weed has 2kb+ he gets +1 all skills for each other XT member assigned
#001-U

5 Heavy Scout - Gear - Bios
Scouting 2
Stealth 3
#050-U

5 Pook - Adversary
Squad Banner
Whoring 1
Scouting 3
Stealth 1
When you play Pook stop all XT members
#100-R

2 Loudmouth Noob - Obstacle
Stealth 3
#150-C

I created a few cards, low quality. Prototypes really.

Weed was up first, don't really like this one too much.

Then I went on to snack, like this one a bit better.

Then Spidey turned out pretty good.

And Dengaroth as well.
