Well hvy tanks as a meatshield / spotter and arty for firepower was superior to our ideas. This way they always had superior numbers in every fight, as artillery can cover the whole map with a good position.

Yep.

I know the clan is very casual but it would be good to do some full on tank companies. But, a good team and/or player can adapt to any situation as necessary so random battles are great in that aspect.

Absolutely.

Low point value arty and high point value tanks seems to be the winning combination. We were also up against a pretty battle-hardened clan, judging from the sweet ambush they set for us in the deciding round.

I hate tanks. All they do is carry you around inside a giant metal deathtrap with a signle cannon. The only tank I would ever go in is the Mammoth from Command and Conquer.

A death trap the deflects bullets!

Despite losing, it was a fun couple of matches. GG everyone.

Have you considered the possibility that you lost because you suck?

We have! And we also think all the matches were close :P

They had way more armour than us, used the positions better and out played us.

Simples :P

My arty was 100% but the thing is my gold shells strangely missed even though the circle was only on the enemy tank. I also thought we play at 20:31 my time which is 19:31 GMT but apparently I was late for it.
