If I have one suggestion for the hi-res asteroids, it is that the "large" crater that appears on some rocks has to go. It stands out too much, and makes many of the rocks appear too similar (because it dominates the rock's appearance). I'd prefer subtle over big /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
Otherwise, the rocks look awesome!

Ah, yeah. That was one of the things I was worried about. When I first started I felt really tied to the original color scheme and was using craters to help explain some of the lighter patches on the rocks. I don't think it'd be too hard to fix now that I better understand what I'm doing. I'm glad you spoke up about this, and is it just the 2 generic rocks or do you feel the larger craters on the Tech need to be mixed up? I really should change the generic rock ones, if only because that giant crater looks even worse on the slightly different model used for Giga Garrs.
Again, thanks a lot, and keep those comments coming.

Kudos to all who have worked on this. I flew with the high res textures last night and was very impressed. I experienced no issues. Well other than staring at the damn rocks and missing a scout slipping by me /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Ada,
I didn't pay too much attention to the tech rocks, only the generic ones.

I've been kinda waylaid with life school. When I do get some free time I'm sorely tempted to spend it playing instead of working on textures so progress has slowed down some for me.
