You can't really use it if it isn't available to be used. It was buggy the moment it came online if I remember correctly.

Define 'Properly'. ASGS ranks were off; everybody had (##) after their name and a zero in the ranks column. I'm not sure if they had TAG running either. There were occasional weird lag spikes too.

Apart from that it was a perfectly good game server, better than planet and GPZ. Nobody played it because Americans bitch about ping >50, and people would take one look at the ranks and think the server was faulty. It didn't help that Wob, the admin from 3fl who set it up for us, didn't have anything to do with the community and so was kind of detached from feedback and such.
