Again, I think an over-emphasis on ensuring new pilots are trained as quickly and effectively as possible is detrimental if it contributes to us *losing* new pilots because they simply aren't having fun.

Even if it were possible, I don't like the idea of separate servers for each rank simply because I don't think it'd be very fun. >_> I want to see how better pilots than me fly, and I want to participate in exciting, complex games organized by such pilots. And, as Adept says, it's not possible. There aren't enough pilots around. :(

However, as I've often said before, I really really think that the newbie servers being empty all the time is a very bad thing, and once again remind everyone that not too long ago they were practically always in use by newbies, and now they are practically always empty, and I really think this should be seen as a problem, rather than a good thing as most people seem to see it.

It may be time to ask for some sort of @santa's-little-helper tags for people who can be trusted to help teach people in the newbie servers.

I would be willing to carry such a tag for one, and have no interest in massacring newbies for enjoyment. The @allegs are needed in the real games mostly, so lowly carebears like me should be able to help the newbies somehow.
