Try connecting to the Mach3 sever and see if the problem goes away.

Could you download and run WinMTR (network diagnostic tool):
http://winmtr.net/how-to/

Just put in mach3.alleg.net (as Host) and start playing a bit on Mach3 game server.

If you drop again, please post the results in here.

Try dropping your internet firewall?

The error messages you're receiving are common when the connection to the server is broken. There are only a few links that can cause this so your problem is solvable, we just need to know the cause.

Starting with your network adapter, make sure it is not going asleep...goto device manager and right click the adapter, select properties, goto power management tab and uncheck the box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

If your computer is a laptop, make sure it's plugged in and goto control panel, power management and set it to "High Performance".

If you're using a wifi router, set the channel to 1, 6, or 11. Don't let it switch channels automatically as that can temporarily disconnect you. Since you're able to connect sometimes, it's unlikely to be a firewall issue.

Do as PKK recommended to ensure that the connection between you and the servers are not being disrupted by your ISP provider and / or route between.

IF all checks out yet you still keep dropping, download TCP Optimizer and click the "Optimal" button, then click "Apply" and reboot. It cured a laptop of mine that refused to stay connected to the internet.
