After the SG we should push right into a beta test. Last weekend, most folks were reluctant to test and just wanted to switch back to ACSS.

The Steam server is the main server now. ACSS is only a backup for when the Steam server is flaky -- as it was last week, but hopefully this week, with the revert to R7, it won't be.

BTW, we're getting PCore on the Steam server soon, right?

Stupid question: Can i just side install the steam version to the normal ASGS version?

pcore011 is now the default (and only core) on the steam servers. There is also an additional steam server: AWest to go with ACentral. I have been tracking an issue where the server disconnects from the lobby. It doesn't crash, but it doesn't show up in the lobby either. It may have been caused by the test clients I was keeping running for extended periods of time. I'm wondering if I hit the 10 hour mark, if that causes it. Research continues on that one, but it shouldn't impact people playing on the servers. I have not had a single DPlay disconnect error since reverting back to R7, and no further AllSrv crashes. So overall, much more stable than before.

Never mind! Got one from Dome! Seems to have installed and work just fine so far! I changed a couple keybindings, but thanks to the new default didn't have to change many! Nice work BT, we love you!
