MrC's advice always seems great until you try and follow it and only then do you realise that either it didn't make sense or you didn't understand it*.

* And nobody knows which it is, least of all MrC.

This is not what you want to hear but she sounds pretty callous and awful to me. She knows you guys dated, and most likely knows that you still feel something for her, and now she is telling you all about her sexual exploits? She is at best highly insensitive. Now perhaps she is trying to get you back because you did it first, but she does not sound like she is worthy of the pedestal that you have put her on. My advice is to have no further contact with her. That part sucks but it is usually the quickest way to get over someone, get through it and get on to the next one. Good luck.

i think the same, women have the right to enjoy sex, i dont say my ex should not do that,but i cant deny it gets me jealous because well.. we were something!.. im just pissed by the fact she is doing it and scrubbing it in my face like if i never ever loved her or anything, but time has passed since the comment and seing that i've pretty much have had support from all my friends i am not that hurt anymore, im more pissed than hurt now and that i guess is better, i've started speaking to her, hell if she bothers me again i'll take a more less talkative aproach

Personally, I am still good friends with my ex because we're both decent people that while we can "remember the good old days" we can (hopefully) separate it from what's going on now. Really, what you have to do is decide whether or not maintaining contact with her is healthy for you and if it isn't, then dump her.
