Nash didnt seem very good. He just lurked in our home shooting spec ref cons while we capped his tac.Phantom032 wrote:QUOTE (Phantom032 @ Mar 2 2014, 10:29 PM) was that I took nash in the end even though dome told him to go saturn.
True enough, we would've won. Because Nash and I killed your exp at home while the rest of the team was tasked with camping one aleph. With prox3 gat3 qf3/df3 ss3 adv fighters. I was QUITE upset we couldn't hold that and I suspect I know why - because even at earlier times (like when you pushed op cons) we only had at most 6 defenders with the rest of the team flying circles somewhere not understanding that "everyone" means EVERYONE.KofiMan wrote:QUOTE (KofiMan @ Mar 3 2014, 10:32 PM) I'm not disagreeing that one person made sufficient difference, but I really do think you're selling your own team short by saying that you lost handily. If you had managed to kill that last HTT on your exp, or if you had not bought the exp that we capped, we would have been left with no exp, no money for a new exp, no HTTs, and a tac we got from you with no tech and no money for tech, or for that matter, a miner to do more mining with. A right proper smackdown would have followed. As it results the cap was done at zero health with no nans left, and the series of ending events was only possible due to a cap of your tac that we considered highly unlikely to suceed, based on your very solid defence earlier.
A mistake? Yes. Cocky? no, since my team was - for a long time - incapable of flying 3 sbs to your tac I figured I had to try something else, like getting tts/htts to recap the tac if you were to ever (stealth-)cap it. ~3 minutes after it was up you pushed that op and capped the tac a few minutes later.vogue wrote:QUOTE (vogue @ Mar 4 2014, 01:56 AM) you $#@!ed up big time by buying that expansion for your home, you were already winning but you got cocky. game's on you bro, not any rusty vets that showed up to give you voobs a challenge for once.
Totally off topic simply to insult me. Good for you noone gets banned around here.Sheriff Metz wrote:QUOTE (Sheriff Metz @ Mar 4 2014, 02:33 AM) Actually he $#@!ed up big time by he and xjammer basically deciding for RT that they were going to abandon the last league/tourney/thing after belters bomb-rush/spam stopped working for them. Now, RT is no more, and squad games are no more, so we have fleets instead.
If he had any balls he'd still have a squad to play with.
Bed made, now sleep in it.
I'm sure bios doesn't have spec ref cons, so I'm sure I was not in the game you are talking about. I'm also sure he killed at least 2 miners in the game I am talking about, which, incidentally, you were not in.spideycw wrote:QUOTE (spideycw @ Mar 4 2014, 03:48 AM) Nash didnt seem very good. Really the only reason you did so well was probably drizzo and vogue were not on team comms with everyone else but bull@#(!ting with us instead.
Aye. That was a slick run.. that said, though, the time we finally took your tac we had enough ints in there to win superiority.Phantom032 wrote:QUOTE (Phantom032 @ Mar 6 2014, 09:55 AM) True enough, we would've won. I'm talking about the game I saw him in. Not everything is about you (as crazy as it may sound)Phantom032 wrote:QUOTE (Phantom032 @ Mar 6 2014, 12:55 PM) I'm sure bios doesn't have spec ref cons, so I'm sure I was not in the game you are talking about. Also thanks for coming back to post just to trashtalk me and my team when you were not even in the game and dont know what you are talking about, its much appreciated.
Trash talk has always been a part of Allegiance. Many players consider it part of their strategy! Allegiance is a mind game in multiple ways of course.Phantom032 wrote:QUOTE (Phantom032 @ Mar 6 2014, 09:55 AM) I'm starting to get the idea that I was wrong and xJ was right. All this drama and even insults when I'm simply trying to give ppl a good time when I dont even like commanding all that much isn't worth it. Might as well play other games in the little free time I have nowadays. Have fun, I'm taking a - possibly infinite - break.
