Well, his reaction was my reaction also, at first.

But pkk's idea is to pre-empt bickering and take care of any issues that shouldn't really need the admin to step in and make a decision by having a representative body, so there can be one "will of the community"

The senate won't have any kind of real power. It would only serve in advisory capacity to the admin.

How about we just do it the same way we've always done it, we yell at pkk and see if he does what we want or not?

The only era we had something strong going was the Thal/Pook/KGJV era. Self appointed, not elected. active doers. 3 so a majority can be found in case a vote is needed. There can only be ONE senator from a squad. Which makes it obvious, that at the end of it all, only one can serve. So one would be eliminated and probably replaced with the next highest vote getter.

At least that was Pkk's intent.
