if you are a conservative in the US, ron paul is the only option. everyone else is just more of the same, or at best slightly less of the same.

see: outsourcing

seriously thinking that putting a few kids in charge of cleaning up schools of over a thousand will make a difference is just retarded. What he really is driving at is the suppression of unions

Except the winning toilet gets to @#(! on you.

Being a member of Teamsters #320, I fail to see the problem.

Unfortunately both Democrats and Republicans are in the pockets of Big Business. Neither party will do much of anything to help the Middle Class.

For all colors really. Although some may see his avocation for increased personal liberty as attacking their rights. Increased personal liberty means increased personal risks... and some people view that inherent risk as a violation of their rights.

The man is against the Drug War. What other high-profile presidential candidate is against that?! Ending that pointless and unending war will do more to help the minority communities than any government handout ever will (some of which certainly goes into funding the current illicit drug trade).

WOO ISOLATIONISM! CLOSED BORDERS, NO TRADE WITH ANY FOREIGN COUNTRY, AND NO DIPLOMATIC TIES WITH ANY FOREIGN COUNTRIES!

If Paul is an isolationist, then Switzerland is an isolationist country... But alas, they are merely non-interventionists.

Sorry, I just get irked when I hear people call his stances isolationism.
