Dairy products with lot of milk fat help a lot, like sour creams etc. from my humble experience.

Capsaicin is not acidic. I guess you meant "spreads the burning sensation".

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend even Masta do what this joker in the vid does. I know a woman who did this when she was a teenager... except she ate like 12 "regular" chili peppers for a dare. She burned out much of her sense of taste with that stunt. Just stupid.

It's worse, it's a hydrophobic moldecule, so water will just wahs away other stuff.
What you need is fat in which it dissolves... or bread which absorbs it.
